The Cochrane Centre of the Community of Madrid is part of the Ibero-American Cochrane Consortium, which has been selected as one of the 5 Evidence Synthesis Units recognized by Cochrane worldwide to apply for competitive funding for Evidence Synthesis for international organizations (WHO, PAHO, NICE, Welcome Trust).
  2. Award of an AES2024 coordinated project: "Development and external validation of a comprehensive model for predicting small newborn vulnerability. Convergent methods of primary research and synthesis. PREVENEP study" (PI24/01406).
  3. Award of an AES 2024 Río Hortega contract (CM24/00152).
  4. European funding by the Joint Research Centre (JRC) for updating recommendations for colorectal, breast, and cervical cancer screening and prevention in European clinical practice guidelines. (943473-IPR-2022).
  5. Publication of two Cochrane systematic reviews on diagnostic tests, in an international collaboration with the University of Birmingham (PMID: 39400904 and PMID: 39679851).
