Técnicas de Redacción Científica en Inglés
Objetivo
Se busca que el profesional de habla no inglesa consiga educar su capacidad de redacción y dominio del inglés científico, para atraer el interés de revisores de revistas internacionales, o del panel de evaluación de un proyecto extranjero. El curso se organiza en base a unos conocimientos teóricos y otros prácticos, analizándose muestras personales escritas en inglés presentadas por los alumnos, bien un "abstract", un artículo o un ensayo, que deberá ser enviada con antelación.
La inscripción final al curso y el envío al profesor de la muestra de redacción científica personal (artículo, "abstract" a congreso, proyecto, etc) debe realizarse antes del 8 de marzo de 2024.

The sessions include the samples of participants' own work. A full set of handouts and worksheets will be provided in each session, additionally including one or more "Language focus" sessions, which examine common errors made by Spanish academics when they write in English.
Individualized consultation work on participants' own writing will be given in the time allocated for tutorials ("seminario"). Dr. Bartlett will also be available (e-mail) to answer specific queries related to the course material from 22 March-19 April.
