INNOVATION AND HEALTHCARE

Innovation and Healthcare Research Group brings together professionals in nursing, physiotherapy, psychology, computer science, and clinical research from Ramón y Cajal University Hospital and various universities. Its mission is to generate scientific evidence and applied innovation to improve quality of care, patient safety, and the humanization of healthcare services. Its main research areas include person-centered care, nursing leadership, advanced nursing practice, digital transformation, rehabilitation, surgical prehabilitation, and mental health. The group stands out for its multidisciplinary approach, strong scientific output, translation of research into clinical practice, and the development of projects with significant healthcare and societal impact.through competitive research projects, multicenter studies, and technological innovation aimed at improving patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
