Investigación Traslacional en Cáncer de Pulmón

El grupo de Investigación Traslacional en Cáncer de Pulmón (GITCaP) se dedica a la investigación y tratamiento de tumores torácicos, con un equipo multidisciplinar de oncólogos/as, cirujanos/as, patólogos/as, radiólogos/as, neumólogos/as y otros especialistas. Sus líneas de investigación se enfocan en identificar marcadores predictivos de eficacia de tratamientos y mejorar la supervivencia y calidad de vida de sus pacientes. Además, colaboran en ensayos clínicos y proyectos sobre microbiota, biomarcadores en sangre, cáncer en no fumadores/as y el impacto del radón. También investigan el uso de inteligencia artificial en radiología y la promoción del ejercicio físico para reducir la inflamación.
